Is your student media organization ready to level up in 2025? We encourage you to apply for the Flytedesk Innovation Lab, our first audience and revenue accelerator cohort. Through a series of **virtual workshops** and **one-on-one coaching**, we’ll work with you to create a custom roadmap to ramp up your audience or revenue strategy.

Want to improve your newsletter, engage with alumni, revamp your Instagram strategy or launch a completely new product? Cool — let’s do it. Not sure where to start? That’s cool, too. We’ll help you identify your biggest challenge and make a plan to tackle it.

Throughout the program, we’ll discuss things like:

- Working smarter, not harder, to achieve your goals
- Agile project management
- Audience research
- Evaluating and measuring success
- And more, depending on the needs of the cohort

Each organization will also have a weekly hour-long coaching session with their coach during the accelerator.

## Program Lead

Paige Ladisic Hamzik is our senior manager of publisher programming and innovation. She led advertising and revenue strategy at The Daily Tar Heel at UNC-Chapel Hill for four years, contributing to the team that took the DTH from substantial revenue losses to sustainable revenue growth. She also led product and revenue at _The Assembly_, a startup magazine in North Carolina, for two years before returning to Flytedesk. She’s excited to lead this accelerator and work hands-on with student media.
